To register and maintain an Account on the Wins88 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be suspended and any associated funds returned in accordance with applicable policy upon discovery.

3. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4. Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or associate of Wins88 or any of its affiliated companies, gaming providers, or service partners.

To create an Account, you are required to provide a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Wins88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, and in all cases before a Player's accumulated withdrawals exceedRM200. KYC verification requires submission of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport);
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your registered name);
• A selfie holding the identification document, if requested by our compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. Wins88 will not be liable for any delays caused by a Player's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Wins88 support immediately via live chat or email. Wins88 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that occurred through no fault of Wins88.

Wins88 supports a range of Malaysian-native payment methods to facilitate deposits. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the Platform: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supported banks include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven Cliq, and USDT TRC20.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit isRM50 for all e-wallet and FPX methods. For cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20, the minimum equivalent isRM100. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier. Players should refer to the deposit screen for current limits applicable to their Account.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly upon confirmation. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are generally credited within 5to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes. Wins88 shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

Wins88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests in a timely and transparent manner. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: The Player's Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal above RM200 will be processed.
2. Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Cash balance (non-bonus) funds are withdrawable at any time, subject to other conditions herein.
3. Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an account in the Player's verified name.
4. Daily Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal ceiling. Gold VIP members benefit from higher daily limits. Players may contact support to request a limit review.
5. Processing Time: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) take approximately 15 to 30 minutes subject to network conditions.

Wins88 reserves the right to carry out additional security verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for high-value or unusual withdrawal patterns. Such checks may result in a temporary hold on the requested amount pending review.

Wins88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Welcome bonuses and most promotional bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between20x and 30x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x requirement requiresRM2,000 in eligible wagers before any winings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute at a reduced rate. Sports betting contributions vary by market. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period (as stated in the promotion) will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Single Bonus Per Promotion: Only one bonus per promotion per Player per household will be awarded. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

All casino games offered on the Wins88 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally accredited gaming software providers. 8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on Wins88 covers a wide range of markets including but not limited to: English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and NBA. Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are available. 8.2 Void and Cancelled Bets

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wins88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the Wins88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of Wins88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of Wins88.

• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Wins88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Wins88.

Wins88's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Wins88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Wins88 collects personal data — including name, contact details, and payment information — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory obligations. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Wins88 holds its operating licence.

Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, save that Wins88 may seek urgent injunctive or other relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
